Telephone technical support is offered to all clients (sorry, no 800 number).

McGee Designs has experience since 1993 in handling technical support issues by telephone, FAX, e-mail, through a monthly newsletter, and through an Internet web site.  From 1993 to 1998, this experience included setting up, managing and staffing a technical support department for an equipment technology company.

Training in Implementing Technology
