experience since 1993 in handling technical support issues by telephone, FAX, e-mail,
through a monthly newsletter, and
through an Internet web site. From 1993 to 1998, this experience
included setting up, managing and staffing a technical support department
for an equipment technology company.
Training in Implementing Technology
Training is offered in the
form of in-house seminars to make the best use of Internet technology for your business.
Any customized arrangements that involve the business directly with their web site
